MALT, BERMONDSEY

Stepping into February with lighter evenings, deeper pours, and a little extra warmth in every glass, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
NEGRONI ROSA
The Negroni Rosa is this month’s softer, floral take on the classic, created to celebrate February and Valentine’s season, not just for lovers but for friends sharing a drink together. A base of Asterley Bros Aperitivo and ROSÉ Vermouth brings gentle citrus and botanical sweetness, lifted by hibiscus-infused Hepple gin and Hepple Dry Gin for bright, aromatic depth. Fresh orange oils and a light mist of rose water finish the serve, resulting in a smooth, fragrant Negroni that’s vibrant, elegant, and made for raising a glass with good company.
