Summer barbecues call for drinks that refresh without overwhelming. This highball pairs the Rosé Vermouth's natural berry profile with fresh fruit and soda for something you can sip all afternoon. The colour alone makes it a conversation starter.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Rosé Vermouth
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml raspberry syrup
- 100 ml soda water
- Fresh raspberries
- Lemon wedge
Method
1. Build over ice
Pack a tall highball glass with ice. Add the Rosé Vermouth, fresh lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
2. Top with soda
Pour in soda water to fill the glass, leaving room for garnish. Stir gently to combine.
3. Garnish and serve
Add three fresh raspberries and a lemon wedge to the rim. Serve with a straw.
Tasting Notes
Bright pink in the glass with flavours of raspberry, rose, and vanilla from the vermouth. The lemon keeps it crisp rather than sweet.
