Rosé Garden Highball hero

Rosé Garden Highball

Part of our Summer Highballs collection — three long, low-ABV serves built for warm, slow evenings. The Rosé Garden Highball stretches our Bartender Series Rosé Vermouth into a fragrant, raspberry-bright long drink. Think an English garden at golden hour, in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Asterley Bros Rosé Vermouth
  • 100 ml chilled citrus tonic water
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • Lemon twist and a sprig of lavender, to garnish

Method

1. Build over ice

Drop in the raspberries, twist a strip of lemon over the surface and add a sprig of lavender; serve cold.

Tasting Notes

Brightly perfumed and playful — raspberry and rhubarb lead, lifted by crisp citrus tonic and a whisper of rose and lavender. Long, pale rosé-pink and endlessly summery.
