Ingredients
- 50 ml Dispense Modern British Amaro
- 120 ml soda water
- Lemon wedge (garnish)
- Fresh mint (optional garnish)
Method
Step 1: Build in the glass
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Dispense, then top with soda.
Step 2: Stir & garnish
Stir briefly, then garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of mint if desired.
Step 3: Serve
Serve immediately over plenty of ice.
Tasting Notes
Long and gently bitter, with Dispense's complex botanical character giving the soda something substantial to work against — much more interesting than a standard soft drink.
