Low ABV vermouth drinks are having a well-deserved moment, and Cunard English Dry Vermouth is particularly well-suited to the format. Over ice with soda, its subtle saline, citrus and floral notes open up — making this one of the most satisfying low-alcohol aperitifs you can build in under two minutes.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Cunard English Dry Vermouth
  • 90 ml soda water
  • Grapefruit peel (garnish)
  • Olive (optional garnish)

Method

Step 1: Build in the glass

Fill a tumbler with ice. Add Cunard, then top with soda.

Stir once or twice, then garnish with a wide grapefruit peel and an optional olive.
