Cunard Dry Vermouth stirred with chamomile honey and lengthened with soda — gentle, floral, dangerously easy to drink.

Made with Cunard English Dry Vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Cunard English Dry Vermouth
  • 15 ml chamomile honey syrup
  • 90 ml chilled soda water
  • Lemon twist + chamomile flower (garnish)

Method

Step 1: Stir the base

In a tall glass, stir together Cunard and chamomile honey syrup until the honey dissolves into the vermouth.

Step 2: Build over ice

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in chilled soda water. Stir once gently to integrate.

Step 3: Garnish and serve

Express a lemon twist over the surface and drop it in. Add a chamomile flower if you have one. Serve as a long afternoon drink.

Tasting Notes

Soft herbal vermouth character with a floral honey sweetness. The soda lengthens it into something you could drink all afternoon without thinking twice.
