Asterley Riviera Highball

Part of our Summer Highballs collection — three long, low-ABV serves built for warm, slow evenings. The Asterley Riviera Highball stretches our British Aperitivo into something tall, bittersweet and endlessly drinkable, all golden-hour ease. It's the Mediterranean aperitivo hour, reimagined with a London-born aperitivo.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Asterley Original British Aperitivo
  • 15 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 100 ml chilled soda water
  • Orange peel and a sprig of rosemary, to garnish

Method

1. Build over ice

Asterley Riviera Highball — Build over ice

Fill a tall highball glass with cubed ice, then pour in the Asterley Original and pink grapefruit juice.

2. Top with soda

Add the chilled soda water and stir once, gently, to lift the bitter-orange aromatics.

3. Garnish and serve

Express an orange peel over the surface, drop it in with a sprig of rosemary, and serve at once.
