Fresh grapefruit and aperitivo are one of those pairings that just works — the citrus pulls out all the bright, bitter notes and turns a simple spritz into something you will keep coming back to. A quick shake brings everything together before the prosecco goes in, giving a richer body than your usual build-in-glass spritz. It is the kind of drink that makes a Friday evening feel like a Saturday.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Asterley Original Aperitivo
- 30 ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 75 ml dry prosecco
- Grapefruit half-wheel (garnish)
Method
Step 1: Shake

Step 3: Garnish and serve
Garnish with a grapefruit half-wheel on the rim and serve straight away.
Tasting Notes
Bittersweet aperitivo meets bright, tangy grapefruit, softened by prosecco fizz. A citrus-forward twist on the classic spritz that feels made for the first warm weekend.
